I changed my life through meditation and continue to benefit from the visualization techniques that I learned over twenty years ago at the CDM Psychic Institute in Washington State www.c-d-m.org. Because meditation made such a difference for me, I wanted to share the information with others and completed training, becoming a certified meditation and healing teacher in 1993. After serving on CDM's staff as a meditation and healing teacher, psychic reader, energy healer, spiritual counselor, minister and the manager of CDM Publications, I moved to San Diego and my private practice, Wild and Tame Wellness and Communications, was born.
